I would love to do this. How do people deal with the sender reputation side of things, email servers is one area I've stayed away from and just let the big 2 handle

how is the queue handled? granular APIs for multi tenants? what about monitoring/quee health etc?

Wow, this looks pretty amazing, was looking for and exploring email deliverability tools as well since lots of transactional emails to users seem to end up in spam/junk.
